What happens if I exceed my limits on the Free plan?
Free plan has hard limits. Once you reach your bandwidth, request, or tunnel limit, you'll need to upgrade to Pro or Pay as you go to continue using the service. No surprise charges.
How do overages work on Pro and Pay as you go?
Both plans allow you to exceed your included quotas. Bandwidth ($0.08 / GB) and requests ($0.40 / 1M) are metered and invoiced at the end of each billing cycle. Additional tunnels and domains are $5 each, additional team members are $7 each. Pay-as-you-go ships with higher included quotas plus mTLS, Full Capture, longer log retention, and priority support.
Does Pay-as-you-go have a yearly plan?
No. Pay-as-you-go is billed monthly only. The yearly toggle on this page applies to the Pro plan, where yearly billing saves ~17% ($70/year vs $84 paid monthly).
What is the prepaid wallet on Pay-as-you-go?
Pay-as-you-go teams can optionally prepay credits from Dashboard → Billing. Credits are applied to metered usage (bandwidth, requests) at invoice time. Auto top-up is available when a default payment method is on file.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What's Full Capture mode?
Full Capture is available on Pay-as-you-go and Enterprise. It logs complete request and response bodies for advanced debugging — ideal for webhook payload inspection and API development.
