NGSRV offers flexible pricing plans to suit different use cases, from individual developers to large teams. All plans include secure tunneling, and higher tiers unlock advanced features like custom domains, team collaboration, and priority support.

Plan Features & Limits

Each plan includes different limits and features. Limits can be viewed and managed in the Dashboard → Billing page.

Hard Limits vs Overages

Free Plan - Hard Limits

The Free plan enforces strict hard limits. Once you reach a limit, you cannot exceed it and must upgrade to continue:

  • Maximum 3 tunnels - 4th tunnel creation will fail
  • Maximum 10GB bandwidth - requests will be blocked after limit
  • Maximum 100,000 requests per month - additional requests blocked
  • No overages allowed - upgrade required to continue

Paid Plans - Overages

Pro and Pay-as-You-Go plans allow you to exceed included limits with usage-based overages:

  • You can create tunnels beyond your included amount
  • Bandwidth and requests can exceed included amounts
  • Overages are calculated at the end of your billing cycle
  • Charged automatically to your payment method on file
  • Usage alerts sent at 80%, 90%, and 100% of included amounts

⚠️ Usage Monitoring

Monitor your usage in Dashboard → Billing → Usage. Set spending caps to prevent unexpected charges.

PAYG Wallet (Prepaid Credits)

Pay-as-you-go teams can optionally prepay credits in the Billing page. These credits are applied toward usage-based charges (for example bandwidth/requests metering) when your usage is invoiced.

  • Top up manually from Dashboard → Billing
  • Enable auto top-up to recharge when your credit drops below a threshold
  • Auto top-up requires a default payment method on file (team owner only)

Managing Your Billing

Upgrading Plans

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade" on the plan you want
  3. Complete checkout
  4. Your plan upgrades immediately (prorated charge)

Downgrading Plans

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click "Manage Billing" to open the billing portal
  3. Cancel or change your subscription
  4. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period

Billing Portal

The billing portal lets you:

  • Update payment methods
  • View billing history and invoices
  • Cancel or modify subscriptions
  • Set spending caps and limits

Team Billing

Billing is managed at the team level, not per user. This means:

  • One plan per team: All team members share the same plan and limits
  • Team owner manages billing: Only the team owner can upgrade, downgrade, or manage payment methods
  • Shared resources: Tunnels, domains, and bandwidth are shared across all team members
  • Usage tracking: All usage is tracked at the team level for billing purposes

💡 Pro Tip

If you're a team member and need to upgrade, ask your team owner to upgrade the team plan. All members will benefit from the upgrade immediately.
